Find information on completing common requests and resolving issues related to Talk Vancouver.
Contact support to update your email address.
Select the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email from Talk Vancouver and you’ll be taken through the steps to unsubscribe.
If you are a member
- Select on the survey link in your email invitation.
- If any survey questions remain unanswered, you will be taken back to the corresponding survey page. Complete the remaining questions and submit your responses.
If you are not a member
- Select on the link you used to access the survey.
- If any survey questions remain unanswered, you will be taken back to the corresponding survey page. Complete the remaining questions and submit your responses.
- If your survey is complete and submitted, you will see a message that says “Your response to the survey has already been received.”
Check your junk mail folder in your email. Depending on your email provider and your settings, some emails may be diverted to your junk mail folder.
Add our email addresses to your safe sender list, safe recipient list, or address book to make sure you receive emails from us in the future:

- talkvancouver@vancouver.ca
If the survey does not load after a few minutes, restart the survey or select the refresh button on your browser.
If the page or survey question is not loading completely or not accepting your responses:

Update your browser or try using a different browser
Old versions of browsers, especially Internet Explorer, might not be supported and require an update. If you have one installed, try using another browser such as Firefox or Google Chrome. -
Clear your temporary internet files
Sometimes parts of a website are stored in your computer memory and may conflict with new updates on the website. Clearing the temporary internet files may allow the new content to display properly. Find instructions on how to perform this action for your browser External link
Our surveys are compatible with all mobile devices. Some questions may require cookies to be enabled on your mobile browser.
If the survey still doesn't work after enabling cookies, try accessing it from a desktop or laptop computer if available.
